In addition to single plots of Virtual Land representing 1000m2, larger parcels of Virtual Land beginning with 4 plots and up to 100 plots are available at introductory prices starting at $35 USD. Just over 7,500 parcels on themed, community, and estate islands have been released in the opening sale, valued at approximately $1,400,000 USD. Other phases are in development.
Fiat and traditional currencies, as well as selected cryptocurrencies, can be purchased with Virtual Land through PayPal and Coinbase, with no gas fees, and the assets are automatically dropped into their connected wallets.
Virtual Land NFTs Are Now Available For Sale
There is an exclusive agency agreement with Oasis for Aftermath Islands, a planned metaverse with themed, community and estate islands. There is a preview available for all islands. Additional content, such as themed dwellings, communities, and estates, is being developed, as well as other interactive items that will ultimately be available for sale as NFTs. Third-party, non-affiliated marketplaces and private sale programs can be used to resell all NFTs, at the holder’s discretion.
A virtual world built by users and brands will be created with Aftermath Islands, offering first-person, Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) experiences, quests, games, and integrated eCommerce functions. A portion of the resale of the land and items, a portion of the property management fees, and a grant of virtual land will be paid to Oasis under its exclusive agency agreement. The Liquid Avatar Mobile App will also be used for managing metaverse accounts and verifying assets on Aftermath Islands.
A Liquid Avatar account will also be available to all Aftermath Islands players. This will allow them to manage their digital identity and certain cross-over assets and activities. In addition, players can manage avatars, items, and integrated Augmented Reality (AR) events and programs through KABN KASH as well as receive exclusive bonuses, such as matching digital assets for use in Aftermath Islands.
In the works are limited brand and private island partnerships that will enable consumer, entertainment, sports, Defi, fintech, and commercial businesses to tailor their own experiences within the Aftermath Islands metaverse.
In the coming months, Aftermath Islands advises, updated white papers and technical reviews will be available, the initial governing council will be formed, and a range of new themes, communities, and estates will allow players to own Virtual Land. Select island environments will allow commercial operations and ownership for entertainment, financial, game, and product brands, giving enterprises the tools to create and support economic growth.
